AutoNest is an online platform for buying and selling vehicles in Cyprus. We provide a space for sellers and buyers to connect. AutoNest is not a party to any transaction between users.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

All listings must be accurate and truthful
Fake or misleading listings are prohibited
You must be the legal owner of the vehicle
Vehicles must be legally registered in Cyprus
Stolen or illegal vehicles are not permitted

AutoNest operates as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for transactions between users. We do not guarantee the condition, legality, or accuracy of any vehicle. We recommend verifying all information before any purchase.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, we will attempt to resolve it amicably. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, with the courts of Nicosia having jurisdiction.
